Cancellation Policy

Deposits for your appointment/s are NON REFUNDABLE. Once an appointment is made, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the salon before 3pm the day before your appointment to reschedule or make any modifications to your appointment. Contact us via direct message to our instagram account @flawless_nails951 if the salon is closed at the time of rescheduling or modification. Fail to do so, your deposit will turn into a cancellation fee. A modification is when you add or subtract services or designs, add repairs, etc. We greatly appreciate you for understanding.
